JPG to PDF
Turn JPG photos into one PDF. Reorder images, choose A4, Letter or fit-to-image pages, and set margins. All local.
Processed locally in your browser. Your files are not uploaded.
What this tool does
JPG to PDF places one or more JPEG images into a single PDF, one image per page. Use it to turn phone photos of documents into a shareable file, to assemble a portfolio, or to send several pictures as one attachment. Drag the images into the order you want with the arrow buttons.
Choose a page size (A4, US Letter, or a page that matches each image), portrait, landscape or automatic orientation, and a margin. On A4 and Letter the image is scaled to fit inside the margins and centred. Photos taken on phones that are stored with an EXIF rotation flag are turned upright automatically.
JPEG data is embedded as it is, without re-encoding, so there is no extra quality loss and the PDF is about as large as the images themselves. The PDF is built in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
How to use it
- 1Add your JPG images; you can add more at any time.
- 2Order them with the up and down arrows and remove any you do not want.
- 3Choose page size, orientation and margin.
- 4Press Create PDF and wait for the progress bar.
- 5Download the PDF.
Supported formats
Input: JPG / JPEG images. Output: one PDF with one page per image.
Privacy
This tool runs in your browser. The data you provide is processed on your device and is not sent to our servers.
Limitations
- Only baseline and progressive JPEG files are supported. Other formats (HEIC, WebP, GIF) must be converted to JPG first.
- Mirrored EXIF orientations are not corrected; plain 90, 180 and 270 degree rotations are.
- Many large photos can use a lot of memory. The number of images and the file size are limited; the limits are shown on the page.
- Images are not recompressed, so the PDF will not be smaller than the photos combined.
FAQ
Does the PDF lose image quality?
No. The JPEG data is embedded unchanged.
Why does the page size option 'fit image' give odd page sizes?
Each page is sized to its own image (at 96 DPI) plus the margin, so different images can give different page sizes.
My photo came out sideways.
Standard rotation flags from phones are applied automatically. If it is still sideways, rotate the image in a photo editor first or fix the PDF with Rotate PDF.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. The PDF is created locally in your browser.
